The Intellectual Property Right Prosecutions of HITEK comprises: drafting, filing, renewal, consultation, response, planning, translation, amendment, monitoring, searching, designing around, negotiation, investigation, etc. The HITEK Intellectual Property Group is a leader in the field of patent prosecution in Taiwan. In a single year, HITEK files more than 500 patent applications and obtains more than 400 patents for our clients. Many of our patent prosecutors also have advanced degrees and are experienced scientists and engineers in their respective field.

Over the past century, we have earned a reputation for our exceptional ability to successfully argue patent cases before Patent Office Examiners, not only in Taiwan, but also in the US, China, Japan, Korea, or some other European countries. HITEK prides itself on its flexible approach to clients need. For the inexperienced inventor or organization, we can guide with detailed advice, handling overflow, special or unusual procedural problems and more general matters.
